This tree gave its life to become the supporting structure of a barn that housed livestock, hay, and new life on the farm. When the barn was no longer useful, it was torn down and the tree gave, once again. Sawn into flooring, the barn beams became useful, in fact, lovely. With original saw marks still present, natural patina boasting of history, the look and feel of this floor is mesmerizing.
