A great installation is the perfect blend of an artistic eye and scientific know how.  Refined skill is required to make the best cuts and vision is a must when laying out a floor.   Each of our crew leaders is an accomplished craftsman with an average of more than 15 years of experience!!!

A successful installation cannot be achieved without a thorough understanding of the science behind the species of wood.   Different species react differently to changes in your home’s temperature and humidity level.   A proper installation requires knowing how a particular wood will react in any given environment.  Our installation process includes adjusting our techniques based on current climate conditions to offset anticipated wood movement.  

Moisture Control

Inspecting the home prior to installation is part of our process. Most new home construction has above-average moisture content and therefore requires careful monitoring of humidity levels. In an effort to keep your project on schedule we offer, at no additional cost, the use of commercial grade dehumidifiers should excess moisture become an issue 

Keeping a project on schedule is critical. Our objective is to do the project on schedule and get it right the first time.  With Ralph's on the project, you can be assured that every effort will be taken to deliver a great-looking floor with as little disruption to your life as possible.

All of our crews are under the leadership of a National Wood Flooring Association Certified Installer. We make it a habit to stay current on all of the newest techniques and technology in hardwood floor installation and new standards set forth by the NWFA.  

Turnkey Installation

We are experienced in working with trades and understand the importance good coordination, right down to the last detail. This often requires multiple contacts to several trades to create a turnkey project. Trusted professionals are like precious gold, and we feel confident in those we have selected. You won't have to spend time looking for someone, trying to coordinate schedules, and making sure the job is done right. We can take care of that for you. Of course, if you already have someone you trust, we are more than willing to work with your contractors as well!
