The Crew

Each crew, usually two people, is led by an accomplished craftsman who is responsible for your custom floor. The average crew leader has 10 years experience. We have eight to ten trucks leaving each day.

The staff at Ralph's Hardwood Floor Company, Inc. is dedicated to quality and service.

Our office personnel can help with scheduling and answer any questions you may have. Because of the size of our staff, we are flexible and will work with you to complete your floor on time.
