Careers
Ralph’s Hardwood Floors has been around for over 50 years, but that doesn’t mean we're old-fashioned. Working at Ralph’s means joining an innovative, exciting company that's always pushing to deliver the best for our customers.
If you enjoy working with your hands, using tools and seeing what you accomplished at the end of the day, you could build a rewarding career at Ralph’s.
We are looking for someone who wants to learn the craft of hardwood floor installation. Previous flooring experience is welcome, but it is not required. Our experienced installers will teach you the skills needed to do the job well.
You will also receive a strong benefits package, travel to job sites in company vehicles and average approximately five hours of overtime each week.
Installing hardwood floors combines hands-on work with craftsmanship, precision and problem-solving.
You will learn how to measure, cut, fit, glue, nail, sand, stain and finish hardwood floors. Some projects require you to follow exact installation specifications. Others give our installers the opportunity to create custom details that make a floor distinctive.
It is physical work, but it is also skilled work you can take pride in.
Experience with power tools is helpful, whether from a previous job, a classroom, or projects you have completed at home.
