Our Promise

Every floor we install is a masterpiece of both heart and science. Our crew leaders average more than 15 years of experience, and every team member was selected for their commitment to quality and your satisfaction. All our craftspeople are highly trained and approach hardwood-floor installation and restoration with an artist’s eye and attention to detail, backed by scientific knowledge of hardwood flooring.

The Ralph's experience doesn't stop once your floor is installed. We will address any issue, no matter how small or when it happens, with the same enthusiasm we had when we booked your project. Our commitment to customers is why we are the most trusted floor company in Northeast Wisconsin. A floor from Ralph's is the beginning of a lifelong relationship.
