Responsibilities

Answer customers questions over the phone

Set up appointments for outside sales reps

Meet with customers in the showroom to determine the best product, colors and finishes for them

Prepare quotes from customer supplied blueprints

Conduct follow-up on outstanding quotes

Update customer interactions and quotes in our industry specific software

Determine and document all details so that each project runs smoothly for both the customer and the operations team

Follow-up on all completed projects to ensure customer satisfaction

Provide excellent customer service by being professional, accurate, and timely in all interactions with the client

Qualifications

Health, dental, life, and disability insurance

2+ years of sales experience (flooring or construction sales is a plus)

Highly personable, skilled at interacting with a variety of clients and prospects

Interior design experience or education would be beneficial

Ability to organize and manage time in a fast paced and changing environment

Proficient in computer knowledge and skills with the ability to learn our software. (RFMS and Pipedrive)

Must be able to work about one Saturday morning a month
